On October 16 and 17, the fifth edition of the ftalks Food Summit will be held in Valencia, an initiative of KM ZERO Food Innovation Hub that brings together the main experts in the sector to talk about innovation and the most disruptive trends in food, as well as about the main challenges facing the sector and the different proposals, for the present and for the future.
Iñigo Charola, CEO of BioTech Foods, will participate in a panel about new proteins, in which different issues around cultivated meat will be addressed: scale, regulation and consumer acceptance.
It will take place on the 17th from 4:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
