Sample
The starting point for the elaboration of cultured meat is the extraction of a small sample of meat from an animal, without causing it suffering.
Isolate
From this sample we isolate the muscle cells, which are the ones we are most interested in because they produce protein.
Cultivate
We cultivate the cells providing the temperature and basic nutrients (water, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals) needed to produce meat.
Harvest the meat
The result is meat, similar to minced meat, with which we can make delicious and nutritious nuggets, hamburgers, sausages… ready to cook and enjoy!
