1. Eligibility

This draw is open to verified food service industry professionals (Operators and distributors only), aged
18 or older. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of BioTech Foods are not eligible to
participate.

2. Prize Description

Five (5) winner will receive a travel package to San Sebastián, Spain, which includes:
• Round-trip economy class airfare for two (2) people from a major international airport.
• Two (2) nights of standard hotel accommodation in San Sebastián.
• A guided tour of the BioTech Foods 130,000 sq. ft. industrial facility.
• A culinary product demonstration at the BioTech Foods innovation kitchen.
• A curated «Tour of Taste» gastronomic experience in San Sebastián.

3. Regulatory & Safety Notice

BioTech Foods cultivated beef is a real animal protein. Participants with known meat allergies or specific
dietary restrictions must notify the BioTech Foods team at least 14 days prior to travel.

4. Travel Requirements

The winner is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents, including
valid passports and any required visas for entry into Spain. BioTech Foods is not responsible for travel
delays or denials caused by documentation issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

BioTech Foods is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance,
possession, or use of the prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Data Privacy

By entering this draw, participants agree to be contacted by BioTech Foods for marketing and professional
purposes. Data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws.
